Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell are still together despite rumors to the contrary over the past couple months.

Many fans--and contestants--were not pleased with Galavis during the last season of the Bachelor, and many predicted that he and Ferrell would not last long. Especially because he decided not to propose to her at the end of the Bachelor.

But the pair are not broken up, despite photos surfacing recently of Galavis hugging and touching a woman, who said that he was flirting with her.

Ferrell and Galavis still live in different states but take turns visiting each other, and also chat online.

Ferrell told her Twitter followers recently that she and Galavis

are attending a charity event on the weekend of July 31 in Celebration, Florida.

The weekend includes a VIP Reception, Sidewalk Sale, Autograph Signing, and Wrap-Up Party.

The website for the weekend says that along with stars from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, former contestants on Survivor, Big Brother, and Amazing Race will be there, among other reality shows.

“Check out this great event @JuanPaGalavis and myself are attending next weekend! Such a great cause that we would love you all to support!” she said.

The event is for Give Kids the World, a non-profit, storybook resort in Central Florida that provides unforgettable, cost-free vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Multiple sources told People right after the Cottone rumors started that Pablo and Ferrell have not split up.

“They haven’t split,” a friend of Galavis said. “Like every couple, they may have had ups and downs, but they’re still very happy and moving in the right direction.” The couple has recently filmed scenes for season 5 of VH1′s Couple’s Therapy, which will premiere in September.

“I don’t know why people want them to split up so badly,” said Galavis’s friend. “Some people just can’t be happy for them. They’ve weathered a lot, and they’re really in this for good.”
