Cops are still in search of the missing Columbia dental student, Jiwon Lee who was last seen on April 1 at 8:30 p.m at her apartment at 220 W 98th Street.

Her last phone call was traced back to the night she went missing, when she made a call from the George Washington Bridge.

“The worst case scenario pops into your mind,” said Lee’s brother Matthew Lee who spoke during an interview with Pix11. Lee said that even though a possible suicide was considered, the cops have not found any trace of a body in the Hudson River after searching for 3 days. Surveillance cameras were also checked.

The Jiwon Lee Missing Person Facebook page describes her as 5 feet 2, 120 pounds with black hair and black eyes.

Soduk Lee, the father of the missing girl, who also appeared in the interview said “I feel terrible, my muscles are shacking, I cannot drive.”

But Lee’s brother said he’s not giving up hope in search of his sister. He started a fundraiser at GoFundMe.com to help raise enough money to hire a private investigator. Lee’s brother went to Columbia also and was studying medicine.

Matthew Lee, who describes his sister as “extremely bright” said the family is leaving the detective work to the NYPD.

Anyone with information about Jiwon Lee is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
