Jillian Michaels Ditches ‘Biggest Loser’ for Being “A mommy”

Jillian Michaels is set to leave the fitness reality show The Biggest Loser.

"Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last 🙂 have to finish out my contract," she said, according to her Twitter account. She has been on the program for 11 years.

"I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work,” she wrote.

Michaels added that her replacement has already been hired to start the season after next.

“Shooting Losing It also had big impact on me. Living with kids I saw first hand what I was missing,” she tweeted.

The next season for The Biggest Loser starts in January.
