Jennifer Aniston was reportedly sued by a contractor who claims the “We’re the Millers” actress never paid him for building a deck in her Los Angeles home.

TMZ reported that Aniston demolished the deck at her Bel Air home days before it went up.

J.R. Darnall Associates, Inc. claims that Aniston hired the firm to do remodeling on her home in October 2012 before finishing in March.

The contractor said that it billed her $43,710 for the deck that was to be used for a party on March 24.

It claims she never paid the company for the work in a lawsuit filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, saying that Aniston cut off contact.
