Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux will finally be married soon, according to a close friend of the couple.

Aniston, 45, and Theroux, 43, were engaged in August 2012.

“It’s really happening!” a close friend told Ok Magazine. “Jen is excited beyond belief. She says it will be the best day of her life.”

But Aniston is trying to keep it a secret.

“If you try asking, she'll change the subject,” the source said, to “keep everybody guessing.”

“Neither of them wants a huge, glitzy wedding,” added the source.

The couple have set a date but it hasn’t been revealed yet.

Then again, Gossip Cop says that the story was “made up.”

“What this source doesn’t say is how OK! got all of its other Aniston-Theroux wedding reports terribly wrong in recent years, not to mention their numerous alleged breakups or Aniston’s countless pregnancies,” the website said.

Gossip Cop’s own source said that “There isn’t an ounce of truth to this story.”

Another tabloid report recently claimed that Aniston was dumped “hours before her dream wedding.”

But the cover story from In Touch was also slammed by Gossip Cop.

The outlet’s new piece claims Theroux got “cold feet” at the last minute and decided to postpone the couple’s nuptials.

“Justin told Jen he felt the timing wasn’t right — he wanted to push it to December or January because he thought the weather would be nice then,” a source ludicrously said. “Jen was crushed and thought it was the lamest excuse yet. She truly felt she'd been dumped at the altar.”

But a source refuted the claim, saying that the story is “totally false.”

Meanwhile, friends reportedly have been saying that Theroux is averse to commitment.

“Several of Jen’s friends, including Chelsea Handler and Demi Moore, are thought to have urged caution over Justin’s reluctance to carry out the wedding, pointing out his reputation as a huge commitment-phobe,” a source told British magazine Grazia.

“Even Justin’s own friends have joked that his line ‘we’re not on anyone else’s time frame,’ should be ‘we’re not on any time frame.’”

“Justin seems hesitant to even discuss the kind of ceremony he'd like [with Jen],” the source said.

“Their recent trip to Bora Bora was a typical example--it seems Jen wanted the beautiful setting to inspire them to talk about romantic wedding locations, but it seems Justin has become a pro at deflecting her hints.”
