Jeb Bush is getting the most attention he’s had in weeks, but it’s not over a remark on the future of the country or what he’ll do as president. It’s over a tweet.
— Jeb Bush (@JebBush) February 16, 2016
The tweet is a picture of a gun with his name engraved on top, captioned simply with “America.”
First, it was quickly pointed out that the gun was not manufactured by an American company.
Bush’s gun appears to be an FN Five-seven, manufactured by Fabrique Nationale d’Armes.
A Belgian company.https://t.co/cHKLsgIDXG

The New York Daily News featured the gun on its front page.
