Jaylynn Maxey was found unharmed after an Amber Alert had been issued for her.
She was found safe on Oct. 9 and her non-custodial father Joshua Yeager was taken into custody, reported Fox.
Police said they believed Maxey was “in danger” by being with Yaeger, without specifying further.
Their destination was unknown but they may have been traveling to family members in Indiana.
The Amber Alert was canceled around 1 a.m. on Wednesday.
