Jason Brown Arrested: Ninth Biker Arrested in Manhattan Biker Attack Case

NEW YORK--Jason Brown was arrested on Monday, police said Tuesday, making him the ninth biker to be arrested in what is known as the Manhattan biker attack.

The string of arrests began after SUV driver Alexian Lien was attacked by a group of bikers after exiting the West Side Highway on Sept. 29.

Lien ran over several bikers after he was surrounded by dozens of bikers. Some of the bikers allege that Lien started the confrontation. Video of the situation starts only after Lien was surrounded.

Brown, 40, was charged with gang assault and felony assault charges, reported the New York Daily News

Brown, a resident of the Bushwick neighborhood of the Brooklyn borough, has 18 prior arrests.
