Napoles was taken to the the Southern Luzon Hospital in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna at 1:20 a.m. after she complained of pain and was suffering from nausea and vomiting, reported ABS-CBN.
Napoles was accompanied by security escorts, said Philippine National Police spokesman Reuben Theodore Sindac.
“Based on initial findings, the hospital attributed the subject’s situation to stones in the urether. After tests and treatment, situation of subject (Napoles) stabilized,” Sindac said.
Napoles was released from the hospital and arrived back at the facility she is being held at in Fort Sto. Domingo at 3:30 a.m.
