Jameson Witty was arrested in Tujunga, California on Thursday night, on suspicion that he stole parts of the Porsche that Paul Walker was in when he died.

The Porsche, driven by Walker’s friend Roger Rodas, crashed on November 30 and burst into flames, killing both Walker and Rodas.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office said that Witty, 18, was arrested at his home.

The wrecked Porsche was loaded onto a flatbed tow truck, which was slated to take it to the impound yard for further inspection. A witness saw a man grab a part from the wreckage while the tow truck was stopped at a red light. The man hopped in a vehicle and drove away.

It’s unclear whether Witty was the man who grabbed the part or the other man who was driving the vehicle that drove away.

The second suspect in the case, a 25-year-old, is outside California at the moment. The suspect is making arrangements to surrender himself.

Witty is at the Santa Clarita Valley station with a $20,000 bail.
