Jack Posobiec: The Establishment ‘Is in Bed With the CCP’

January 6, 2021 Updated: January 16, 2021

WASHINGTON—China analyst and veteran Navy intelligence officer Jack Posobiec said Americans are understanding the threat of Chinese Communist Party on humanity; 15 years ago if he said “CCP,” the average American wouldn’t know what he meant.

“But now? It’s the loudest chant that I’ve heard tonight: Take down the CCP,” Posobiec said after he gave a speech at a rally at the nations capital on Jan. 5, calling for election integrity. Tens of thousands rallied in Washington on Jan. 5 and 6 ahead of the joint session of Congress to count the Electoral College votes. The CCP has been referred to as a main actor of foreign interference in the 2020 elections.

“We need to send a message from the people of this country to the establishment of the United States, which is in bed with the CCP [Chinese Communist Party],” he said.

“I serve the intelligence community, and I watched, we could see how CCP operatives and these operations were penetrating US companies, US military, US intelligence, and again and again we did nothing about it,” he said. “And for a long time I didn’t understand why and then I realized why it was: they were getting in bed with the CCP.”

“So their involvement is to stop Trump using all of the power and influence that they can,” he said.

“The American people are not for sale, they’re not going to be for sale,” he said. “For a long time, they’ve been ripping off the American people and America’s leaders have been behind it.”

Posobiec has been to China and he’s seen the situation of the Chinese people, who are also being taken advantage of by the Chinese Communist Party and international companies that work with it.

“Most Chinese people, they do not want to live under Xi Jinping anymore,” he said.

This is why the CCP cracks down so hard on religion, he said, because the people who follow a spiritual practice realize there is a way of life other than what the communist regime has imposed on the people.

“This is the Great Awakening,” he said. “When they realize the CCP is not the sole authority on earth, that there are higher powers, that there are people who disagree with them, then they can start to wake up to the mistreatment of the Chinese people, the mistreatment of Uighers, the mistreatment of Tibetans, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and all the rest.”

“They [CCP] wants America to go back to the way it was under Barack Obama, under George W Bush, under Bill Clinton, where there was this unwritten contract where American leaders would allow CCP to do what it wanted, CCP would send money to their donors, send money to Wall Street,” he said, citing Hunter Biden as a recent high profile example.

“I’ve been through two set of Hunter Biden’s emails, personally,” he said. “It’s what we’ve seen: they buy off the family members.” This is exactly the way CCP officials handle money, Posobiec explained, officials do not touch the accounts themselves, but rather payouts are made to family members.

The CCP has also capitalized on the pandemic to interfere with the election and the Trump administration, he said. “And that’s what they did again and again and again.”

Posobiec said he thinks the joint session of Congress on Jan. 6 “will be something that no one’s seen before.”

“I think it’s going to be absolutely historic, and really codify America’s history not only for this time but for years to come,” he said.

Posobiec said it will also be a historic mark regarding America’s relationship with the CCP. The CCP has been signing new deals around with world, including with the European Union, he added. “They’re using death trap diplomacy. Do we want to be in a world dominated by the CCP or do we want to be in a world dominated by freedom and by rights for the regular people?” he said. “That’s what this is about.”

Regardless of the outcome on Jan. 6, Posobiec has hope.

“Never, never give up your ideals,” he said. “Just because one fight doesn’t go your way, doesn’t mean you’re done. As long as you’re breathing, as long as we’re alive, as long as we’re here, you live on and you keep fighting for these ideals.”

“The United States has faced challenges like no other country before it and it has overcome every single one of them,” he said. “They’re powerful enough and strong enough, the American people, to beat the CCP.”
