Suifenhe, a city bordering Russia, was closed on April 12 due to surging CCP virus (also known as COVID-19) infections. As of April 15 at midnight, there were 350 confirmed cases, with 34 asymptomatic cases. They were all detected at Suifenhe port, according to Heilongjiang CDC. The imported cases from Russia were predominantly young businessmen aged 40 to 50 years old.
