Instagram was down for some users on Saturday, according to accounts on social media.
“We’re currently having system issues. We are aware of the problem and are working hard to resolve it. Thank you for your patience!” Instagram said on its Twitter.
On Twitter, a number of users said they were having issues.
One wrote: “I thought my instagram wasn’t working but everybody instagram ain’t working.”
“Instagram is down. Feedly is down. Is today the day the Internet finally comes to an end?” one wrote.
Another said: “Instagram is down. I’m afraid some of you are going to have to put your modeling careers on hold for a while .”
A large number of users took to Twitter to complain, suggesting the outage is a widespread problem.
