India takes on England in the cricket series on Tuesday, September 2.

The 4th ODI is slated to start at 3 p.m. IST (10:30 a.m. BST) at Edgbaston in Birmingham.

The match will be broadcast on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom and STAR Sports in India.

It will also be broadcast on PTV Sports in Pakistan, Ten Sports in Sri Lanka, OSN in the Middle East, Fox Sports in Australia, and SuperSport in South Africa.

Live streaming will be available through the broadcasters.

The latest odds are 4/5 for India and 1 for England.

India took a 2-0 lead in the series after winning the 3rd ODI by 6 wickets and the 2nd ODI by 133 runs. The first match was canceled due to alternate weather. England previously won the 5 Test Series that started in early July and extended into Mid-August.

India won the 3rd ODI despite losing opening batsman Rohit Sharma for the rest of the series to an injury.

England coach Peter Moores emphasized while speaking to reporters that the team has to quickly improve ahead of the World Cup early next year.

“We’ve got to work fast and we’ve got to accelerate the development of the team quicker than might be normal to get ourselves really competitive by the World Cup,” said Moores, reported the Express.

“We'll be unfancied there for sure and we’ve got work to do. But though we have answers to find in certain areas hopefully the players who are playing in this series will come up with those answers in the way they play.”

But Moores defended his squad, saying he has a good combination of platform builders and hitters in the batting line-up.

While England is searching for answers India will also be looking to improve, noted CricInfo.

“Plenty has gone right for India so far and MS Dhoni might appreciate a sterner examination of his team’s credentials before they return home,” it said.

Meanwhile, “Alastair Cook will doubtless internalise the criticism, Ned Flanders-style, and prepare with even greater resolve to build the platform so beloved of England’s strategists. It is tempting to imagine him practising his best Frank Sinatra impression in front of the bathroom mirror, visualising the hoped-for day early next year when Cook can tell everyone England did it his way.”

Dhoni only needs one more win to become India’s most successful captain in ODIs, but is apparently not planning to celebrate.

“I don’t know how you keep track of his records, but he is not known for [keeping an eye on] his records,” said R Ashwin. “Only with evolution of Twitter he is learning about his records. Apart from that he doesn’t bother about it at all.”

The 5th ODI is scheduled for Friday, September 5 in Leeds.

India’s tour of England will wrap up on Sunday, September 7 in a T20 International.
