Independent Autopsy: George Floyd Died From Being Deprived of Oxygen

An independent autopsy commissioned by George Floyd’s family concluded the Minneapolis man died from being deprived of oxygen, or asphyxiation.

The results clash with preliminary findings from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, which found “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.”
