I have been having problems receiving the hardcopy of Epoch Times for about one month. I called customer service and was connected with Patricia Smiles. I told her that I had not been receiving hardcopies and she took the case and followed through all the way to our local post office. Miraculously after she did that I received two newspapers today.
This work that she has done for me was not done quickly yet she kept the case active and followed through. Lately, customer service has been awful among department stores, Internet services, mobile services, and other places. I commend Epoch Times for their customer service and in particular Patricia’s work with me. Please say something positive to her to let her know that I was very happy and that you recognized her work
