A coalition of housing advocates is calling for more affordable housing for families of four making less than $41,000 a year. Member groups of the wide-ranging coalition, called Real Affordability for All, include non-profits like New York Communities for Change, and the Mutual Housing Association of New York.

The coalition presented a report along with their launch on Thursday to make their case for more affordable units in the city.

Mayor Bill de Blasio, who has expressed support for more affordable housing in the city, is expected to release a plan on May 1.
