The Honolulu Community College gave an alert on Tuesday that a possible gunman was near the HCC campus.
The alert said that police received a report of the possible gunman just after 10:15 a.m.
There was no indication that the man–said to be wearing khaki shorts and no shirt, and seen on Dillingham Boulevard–had entered the campus.
Later, police gave an “all clear,” at about 10:55 a.m.
Police checked the area and “no threat” was found, police said.
