If you’re staging your home to sell, the primary purpose should of course be to appeal to the maximum amount of buyers! The best way to do this is to keep everything as neutral as possible. Neutral doesn’t have to be synonymous with “boring.” You can still keep your home stylish and attractive, but it should appeal to both men and women. Have a bright pink bedspread? Time to switch it out!

A safe bet is to focus on colors such as beige, brown, gray, and even some muted greens and blues. The master bedroom is particularly important to keep neutral.

It’s also important to think about the color of the walls - do you have a brightly colored accent wall? It may be time to repaint. It doesn’t have to be a stark white, but keeping it neutral and understated will really let your home shine. Try one of these great Mythic Paint hues:
