Helena Belmonte is dead after committing suicide on Thursday.

The Filipino-American model was found sprawled on the exhaust vent of an air-conditioning unit at the seventh floor of the tower in Pasig City, reported the Philippine Inquirer.

Mario Rariza, Pasig City police chief, said that Belmonte committed suicide and that police found a suicide note on the scene.

Blemonte discussed suicide just weeks before her suicide on the social media website Twitter.

“Slash my wrists and hope to die,” she wrote. No one replied to the tweet, though 10 people retweeted it and eight people favorited it.

She next tweeted that she was “so sick of waiting for your next excuse,” though it wasn’t clear to whom it was directed. In another post she said: “I’m an addict for dramatics. I confuse the two for love.”

However, other posts appeared to show Belmonte happy, hanging out with friends and eating food.

Her last post, on the morning of her suicide, she posted a photo on Instagram that showed her getting her feet done at a beauty parlor.

People expressed sorrow on the photo as in other areas. “Helena No farewell words were spoken, No time to say goodbye, You were gone before we knew it, And only God knows why. Rest in PEACE :(” said one person, while many simply posted “RIP.”
