Hector Moreno, the Mexican soccer player for RCD Espanyol, will be out due to injury for Mexico’s team in the World Cup qualifying games against Costa Rica and Panama.
ESPN’s Spanish site reported that Moreno, 25, was supposed to play the next game on Oct. 11 against Panama.
Moreno was injured in a game against Getafe with with a leg injury.
The injury made it impossible to train with Mexico, ESPN said.
Hector Gonzalez Inarritu, the head of Mexico’s team, confirmed the development, reported Miseleccion.mx.
