Harris to Deliver Counter Speech to Trump, Not Biden

Democratic vice presidential nominee, Kamala Harris will deliver a counter-speech to President Trump’s convention address. And it will take place today in Washington hours before the President’s closing speech.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign confirmed the arrangement.
