Harris Gives ‘Prebuttal’ to Trump’s Speech

Vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris, gave the Democratic party’s response to President Trump’s speech at the Republican National Convention.

She delivered the speech Thursday afternoon, in a so-called “prebuttal” to the president’s speech later that evening.
