Hannah Rhinaman, Former Steubenville School Employee, Indicted in Rape Case

October 23, 2013 Updated: October 23, 2013

Hannah Rhinaman, a former employee at the Steubenville schools, has been indicted by a grand jury.

The jury is investigating the high-profile Steubenville rape case.

Rhinaman, 20, has been indicted on two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of grand theft, reported 10TV

Her father William Rhinaman had already been indicted, earlier in October, on charges of tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, obstructing official business, and perjury.

The 14-member grand jury is investigating whether other crimes happened in the case of an eastern Ohio girl raped last year planned to hear more evidence Friday.

One of the chief issues before the panel meeting in Steubenville is whether adults, such as coaches or school administrators, knew of the allegation but failed to report it as required by state law.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced the grand jury March 17, the day a judge convicted two Steubenville high school football players of raping the West Virginia girl in August 2012.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
