A hair stylist in Wisconsin has been arrested after he allegedly snipped a customer’s ear on purpose and gave him one of the world’s worst haircuts.

Madison city police spokesman Joel DeSpain told the Wisconsin State Journal that stylist Khaled A. Shabani, 46, has been arrested over the incident which occurred at Ruby’s Salon, 627 State St., last Friday, Dec. 22.

DeSpain said a 22-year-old man went the salon and asked to have the sides of his head shaved and an inch cut off the top.

The police officer said that Shabani started twisting the customer’s ear after complaining to the man that he was fidgeting and moving his head.

Following that, Shabani allegedly snipped his customer’s ear with a pair of scissors.

“While it is not a crime to give someone a bad haircut, you will get arrested for intentionally snipping their ear with a scissors,” DeSpain said.

Using the shortest possible attachment, Shabani then allegedly ran his hair clippers down the middle of the customer’s head, “leaving him looking a bit like Larry from the ‘Three Stooges,’” said the police officer.

The customer left the salon and went to another in attempt to fix the problem, requiring his head to be completely shaved.

Shabani has been tentatively charged for mayhem and disorderly conduct while armed, said DeSpain.

Shabani told the police it was an accident.
