Gwyneth Paltrow is all about fitness—even when toddlers are leading the way.
Paltrow made an appearance on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” on April 19, where she participated in Toddlerography, a dance class instructed by toddlers.
The scene opened up with Paltrow and Corden stretching while they waited for the tiny instructor to enter the dance class—a toddler with pigtails.
As Irene Cara’s “What a Feeling” plays through the speakers, the intense workout begins: running from one end of the room to the other, jumping in place, spinning in circles, swinging of the arms, and banging the floor with fists, led by several toddlers in succession.
An out of breathe James Corden “needs to hydrate” once the class is over. The pair along with their cherub instructor sits on the floor to enjoy a juice box in agreement to see each other next week for another session.
