A tornado was reported in Groesbeck in Texas on Thursday
The tornado was spotted four miles southwest of Groesbeck, but as of 1:28 p.m. it was moving north toward the city at 20 miles per hour.
Another spotter said that the tornado was on the ground between Dallas and College Station.
