July 1 marked one year since Goshen Plaza came under the ownership of North American Properties Group, and the plaza, while repaved, is otherwise unchanged. Responding to residents’ desire for a grocery store in the area, CEO Philip Adler said they are working on finding one, but so far have not been able to secure one. He said there is more interest since Amy’s Kitchen, an organic prepared food business, and Legoland, a Lego-themed amusement park, have made plans to move into the town. “So we’re feeling very confident,” he said in an Aug. 2 phone interview.
