The best fielders at each position were honored by Major League Baseball Tuesday with the announcement of the Gold Glove Awards. All nine positions in both leagues are voted on by managers and coaches.

Nine players became first time winners of the annual award. The Red Sox and Dodgers were the most decorated teams this year with three winners a piece, while Yadier Molina led all current winners with his fourth straight Gold Glove at catcher.

A notable omission in the American League is Mariners outfield Ichiro Suzuki. The 38-year old had won the award the previous 10 seasons until missing the cut this year.
