We are always in a hurry. … They want you to respond to whatever they are asking for as quickly as possible just because of the pressure and the movement of living in the city. Things are much more graceful, easy, flowing when you are out of New York. New York is ‘Move it or lose it.’ … I would not say there is one trait for all Americans. We are all individuals. You can say regionally, there could be an accent, right?
