Elena Zakharova, 53, Military Doctor, Pyatigorsk, Russia: I do not often buy online, but sometimes I have to. Last time I bought an electronic ticket for a flight from Moscow to New York, and at a better price than my acquaintances. Unfortunately, there were some visa problems, and in the end I didn’t go. But I was able to return the ticket, also online, and got the money back. (The Epoch Times)
