Although there are cases when a person is in a special state, such as: pregnancy, stressful situations, or doing intensive workouts, et cetera, they do need dietary supplementbecause they are not getting enough vitamins so the requirement is greater.

Ideally, a well-balanced diet and lifestyle do not need supplements, although certain circumstances may require supplements to support a health crisis or chosen lifestyle. This is what Epoch Times reporters from areas such as Peru to United Arab Emirates discovered when they asked locals, “Do you believe a well-balanced diet needs supplements?”
