In some countries round the globe, a numbness to human rights abuses appears to be present, while elsewhere awareness has been heightened through social media and increased NGO work. This is what Epoch Times reporters from Argentina to Australia found when they asked locals,

“Is the world in general becoming more numb to human rights abuses?”
