Girl Meets World is going well ahead of its season 1 premiere, as Disney ordered eight additional episodes.
The first season will now be 21 episodes.
Danielle Fishel, who is playing Topanga, broke the news via Twitter.
“Can’t wait for everyone to see them all!” she said.
Ben Savage plays Cory in the series.
Disney is aiming to reach younger audiences with the show, not necessarily fans of the original “Boy Meets World” series.
The episode 1 premiere date is not set yet but is slated to air sometime this year.
