On a roadway in Melbourne, Australia, a car appeared out of nowhere and slammed into another vehicle, with some claiming it was a “ghost car.”
Traffic can be seen going through a green light before a Holden Astra hits the truck that was also turning. The truck then does a 180-degree turn and looks to be damaged.
“It’s a ghost car - out of nowhere,” user Pauline Rickard commented. “Where the hell did that Astra even come from? I watched the video nearly a dozen times and am still none the wiser,” Petey Mason said.
Joked another: “Silver car is going to need a new flux capacitor. Reappeared in the wrong part of time and space,” making a reference to “Back to the Future.”
However, it appears that the Astra ran a red light and the overcast day combined with the video’s quality obscured it from view.
“ I’m glad it is not only me who can’t see where it came from lolbinknow silver cars are hard to see in bleak conditions but I must have watched it 30 times,” wrote one person.
Some noted that it’s always a good idea to keep one’s headlights turned on during a rainy or cloudy day.
