Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock has been working hard to hold on to his lead in Georgia, campaigning in the deep blue Atlanta capitol.

Warnock’s appearance comes just after Sen Marco Rubio (Fla.) took a trip to the peach state to support his Republican colleagues, Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Sen. David Perdue.

Georgia’s race is under the microscope this year, with the last two Senate seats open to two Georgia senators. The state’s runoffs could determine whether or not the Senate flips blue this year.

While the senate race heats up, the state is also in the middle of a recount to determine the state’s official pick for the presidential race. Georgia election offices have started preparing for their by-hand recount of over 5 million ballots. The secretary of state ordered the manual recount on Nov. 11.

Fulton County elections director Richard Barron said he expects his recount will see a change in numbers but that it won’t be enough to impact the margin between the two presidential candidates.
