A 3-year-old boy was fatally shot in Gwinnett County, Georgia after an argument inside a home on Stafford Drive.
Cpl. Jake Smith told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that a witness said an argument broke out between occupants of a home, and ende din gunfire. One of the shots struck the child.
The suspect, a family member, is in custody.
