The most desirable bachelor in the world might be off the market again. George Clooney, who keeps his private life—very private, walked the red carpet at Venice Film Festival for the premiere of his new film. And from what can be gathered, the showing was anything but private.
While it has been reported that the two had met earlier this year, the Clooney-Canalis connection seems anything like a hit-and-run. Clooney and Canalis were said to be holding hands as they walked the red carpet, heating up the buzz from fans who would love to see their favorite Hollywood “Uncle” with a gal by his side.
The stunning Canalis is currently the host for the Italian version of MTV’s Total Request Live.

‘Goats’
“The Men Who Stare at Goats,” stars Clooney as a CIA psychic operative who’s discovered by a journalist played by Ewan McGregor. McGregor’s character is looking for a distraction from his failed marriage, and gets a bit more than he bargained for as he discovers the comical world of physic warfare—where men can kill sheep simply by staring at them.
The all-star cast includes Kevin Spacey, Jeff Bridges, Robert Patrick, and playwright and actor Peter Straughan.
The film is based on a book with the same title by Jon Ronson, and the use of paranormal abilities to fight the “War on Terror.”
“Goats” opens in the U.S. nationwide on Nov. 6.
