46th Annual Orange County Home and Garden Show

This two-day event will teach attendees how to complete their dream home and garden using the newest remodeling products, updated landscaping ideas, home improvement projects, and more. Attendance is free.
Orange County Fair and Event Center at 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa. Saturday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free. For reservations.

Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings in Concert

Enjoy a candlelit concert of some of the biggest fantasy film scores. The Los Angeles String Quartet will be performing songs from the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings series every Saturday through March 25.

‘Makesy’ Warehouse Sale

The sale is a one-stop shop for handcraft enthusiasts making and selling their own beauty products, candles, and home products to fulfill all supply needs including tools, luxury fragrance oils, candle jars and wicks, and much more.

As an added bonus, photographers will be on hand to take free, professional photos of your products while you shop.

Pokémon Tournament

Each Saturday, local Pokémon enthusiasts come together to play the cherished card game. Every player receives a pack of the latest booster cards, and prizes include card bundles and even a “booster box” of cards. Registration starts at 6 p.m., followed by the tournament at 7 p.m.

Huntington Beach Historical Downtown Walking Tour

If you grew up in Huntington Beach or enjoy learning about local history, join this 1.5-mile stroll through the downtown while learning about the seaside city’s past. Tours take place twice per month. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and no walk-ups will be allowed.
Huntington Beach Pier, Visitor Information Kiosk at 325 Pacific Coast Hwy., Huntington Beach. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tickets are $5 for guests 13 and up. Children 12 and under can join for free.

BMW Car Show

German car lovers are invited to Newport Beach this weekend for a chance to see some of BMW’s latest racing and show cars. The event will also host unique booths featuring local groups and goods for sale, delicious food, and a special showcase of BMW’s fleet line.

Improv Comedy Class

Students 18 and up are invited to sharpen their skills or give improvisational standup comedy a try. Newbies are welcomed. This class offers skills for students to see just how exciting, easy, and fun performing standup comedy can be.

Those looking to meet new people, gain confidence on stage, and have a great time doing both are invited to join. No previous improv, acting, or comedy experience required. This class runs each Sunday through Mar. 19.
