Los Alamitos ‘Whoville Holiday’ Fair

Bring the family for a day of holiday fun in a unique combination of a street fair and a farmers market festival. This year, festivities will be hosted by the Grinch himself, featuring live music, food, a beer garden, family games like giant Jenga and Connect Four, and adult-only games including ax throwing.

Orange County Christmas Experience

Explore this year’s Christmas Village promoters say will immediately sweep you into the holiday spirit. With live music, sights and sounds of Christmas, and a free petting zoo, all are welcome to attend. The centerpiece of the evening will be a play for all ages, following “Eliza” as she re-tells the story of her first time participating in a Christmas pageant and how it “reignited” her faith.

Tustin Marketplace Winter Workshops

Featuring free cookie decorating and a holiday toy drive, stop by for an afternoon of holiday fun at the Tustin Marketplace. Participants will enjoy making custom-designed cookies while sipping hot cocoa. Supplies will be provided. Unwrapped toys will also be collected for local kids in need. Meet in front of California Pizza Kitchen.

Anaheim Town Square Kids Fun Zone

Bring the kids for an afternoon of festive arts and crafts. This month, guests will be creating their own ornaments and gingerbread houses, and drawing their own designs on wooden ornaments for unique home decor. Guests can also construct a 3D foam gingerbread house.

This event is free to the public, but guests must register to attend. The event will be located between Target and Goodwill of Orange County.

Volunteer at a Local Food Pantry

Give back to your community while meeting other local philanthropists in Anaheim this Saturday. Volunteers will be assembling and distributing hundreds of food boxes to give to locals facing financial hardship this season, while also registering others in need to receive food boxes. This is a good opportunity for volunteer hours for school. Large groups are encouraged to register in advance.

Tustin ‘Wonderfest of Lights’

Enjoy “kid-centric” holiday festivities while supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Tustin. Activities include photos with Santa, family crafts and activities, a live DJ, stilt walkers, face painting, and balloon artists, “Mrs. Clause’s Book Corner,” and an outdoor “Merry Makers” Holiday Village of family-owned gift shops.

Christmas at the Beach

Join Bolsa Chica State Beach and the Huntington State Beach Lifeguard Association for “Christmas at the Beach.” The event kicks off when Santa arrives, with his lifeguard elves for photos on his jet ski sleigh. A free raffle for a Christmas tree, holiday karaoke, crafts, and games will also be provided. Grab food and beverages from Beach City Provisions while watching a winter sunset with your family.

Beginning at 5 p.m., there will be a free outdoor screening of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” When entering the beach parking lot, guests are encouraged to inform the entrance attendant of their participation in the event for free parking.

Hanukkah Celebration at The Nixon Library

Celebrate Hanukah at the Nixon Library’s Menorah Candle Lighting ceremony. Festivities will also include musical performances by various community organizations, and other festivities for the whole family to enjoy. All are welcome to this free event. Registration required.
