The U.S. House of Representatives passed two bills on Jan. 31 to end the federal government’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, and to terminate the COVID-19 emergency declaration.

The former is H.R. 382, or the “Pandemic is Over Act.” The latter is H.R. 497, or the “Freedom for Health Care Workers Act.”
