Fans of the television show “Friends” want a reunion to happen in 2014, all the more so after a fan-made poster proclaiming a special episode “The One After the 10 Year Break” went viral on the Internet.
The origin of the poster is unclear.
But while many fans have realized the poster isn’t official, they say they want the reunion to be made official.
“Hope they have a friends reunion,” said Darragh Crowe via Twitter.
“Why can’t this rumor about the Friend’s reunion be true?” wondered another user.
“No one understands how happy I would be if the Friends reunion is true!!!” said Mia Boakes.
The reunion could actually happen, if Jennifer Aniston can be convinced to join. The other five primary cast members–Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc–are reportedly on board.
A source said as much to OK Magazine!
“Since the show ended in 2004 it’s been rare for all six of them to appear in public together,” the source said.
“But with next year’s 20th anniversary (of the show’s launch) it will be unavoidable for them to do something together. It’s no secret the whole project will be pinned on Jennifer, who’s incredibly busy with her movie career.”
