Police responded to shots fired at the Fresno City College (FCC) campus on Monday.

The Fresno Police Department is “saturating” the area, reported Sheldon Gajarian, an assignment manager for KMPH.

There’s a helicopter in the area.

There is no indication that anybody was shot.

A witness told the Fresno Bee that the shooting happened near the science and math building, and that she saw two men running away.

Jim Guy, a reporter with the Bee, said that four suspects were seen running from the area near the science and math building.

Shell casings were found near the building

A suspect in the shooting has been detained about a mile north of the campus.

The college hasn’t given any updates on Facebook or Twitter.

According to one student, two men shot at two other men in a parking lot.

Nearby Heaton Elementary School and Fresno High School are locked down.
