Restaurateurs Jonathan Morr and Eugene Morimoto are offering French-inspired Japanese at Cherry, with chef Andy Choi at the helm. A restaurant and a lounge with more than 80 sake varietals, its menu marries French and Japanese flavors, with a welcoming variety of starters, entrées, and sushi, with a special omakase menu available nightly.

Signature appetizers include Foie Gras Short Rib Gyoza, with plum sake glaze and sour cherries; Uni Poached Egg with creamy tofu soy, seasonal beans and green tea salt, and the BONDST Tuna Tart, with creamy ponzu, micro shiso, and white truffle oil.

Main dishes range from Miso Glazed Sea Bass, with crispy rice cake, bonito, and furikake to Steak au Poivre, with Japanese sweet potato kakiage.
