Talented artists, chefs, and tea experts as well as colourful vendors gathered to explore trends and flavours originating in Asia in a vibrant celebration of pan-Asian culture and cuisine at the Fortune Cooking Festival this weekend. 

Part of Harbourfront Centre’s series of summer festivals celebrating Toronto’s vibrant multicultural society, the Fortune Cooking Festival explored this year’s theme of “terrain” by addressing its impact on food culture.
