A former U.S. congressman from Philadelphia has pleaded guilty to several election fraud charges, including bribery and falsification of voting records, according to the U.S. Justice Department.

Former Rep. Michael Myers (D-Pa.), 79, admitted to bribing an election judge in Philadelphia, Domenick J. Demuro, to illegally add votes for certain individuals, including candidates for federal and state offices.
