Recently, I had the opportunity to chat with two former deputy mayors of a city that has a population of nearly 10 million people, and about their thoughts since leaving office.
During the conversation, we naturally talked about the heinous crimes committed by the evil Communist Party that has now governed China for 58 years.
Throughout the majority of their lives, personally and professionally, both of these men have struggled with the so-called “revolutionary task of the party.” As they shared their personal experiences with me, they found they harbored similar feelings and emotions.
Firstly, in the interests of the party, the evil communist regime will do anything. The definition of democracy, systems, laws, regulations, or human rights is at the disposal of this corrupt group of people. Any and all of these ideals can be trampled or discarded, even in defiance of world opinion.
Secondly, social issues in China have become so prominent that crises and complaints are everywhere. They truly believe the demise of the evil communist party is just around the corner.
Thirdly, their personal greatest desire is to withdraw from the evil Communist Party, and regain their good character.
Couldn’t See the Truth
Both men spoke frankly. While they held their positions, they were unable to see the true colors of the Communist Party because all the meetings, receptions, banquets, and drinking activities clouded their minds and perception. In retrospect, as they think about the details, they are shocked at the realization of the crimes and ugliness of the evil and the horrifying intoxication of the people by the Communist Party. Their greatest desire now is to withdraw without fear from the communist party, and to return to their true selves.
Lately, they have both rejected invitations from a provincial-level TV station asking them to deliver speeches. In answer, they clearly replied: “Over the past several decades, we have unknowingly assisted the devil to poison countless people, through meetings large and small. Now, knowing the evil nature of the party, we believe in retribution, and we will not be used by the Communist Party any more.” Their answer embarrassed the reporters.
