Food Bar by Otarian will be bringing New Yorkers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food options, including a customized burger and wrap bar, the first of its kind in the city. Signature veggie burgers include Tex-Mex, quinoa mushroom, potato spinach, and lentil patties served on whole wheat or in a wrap. Wrap options range from grilled tofu to sweet potato falafel to tandoori paneer.
There will also be hot food options, a gluten-free bakery, and beverage bar serving fresh juices, smoothies, and authentic bubble teas.
