Waterspouts are being spotted off of Key Biscayne near Miami and surrounding coastal waters on Tuesday.
The National Weather Service has issued a special marine warning in Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
“Waterspouts are being noted along the immediate coastal waters,” it said at 12:16 p.m.
