It’s still prime barbecue time, and one of New York’s most popular BBQ joints resides in Williamsburg.

All the meat is smoked in-house with their own dry rub. The meat is smoked with red and white oak, maple, and beach and cherry, which are all locally sourced from The Woodman.

Fette Sau’s menu changes daily because they only serve meat from organic or small farms—which may have limited supplies of certain cuts. You can call ahead to find out which cuts they will serve.

A list of pork cuts includes: Hand Pulled Berkshire Shoulder, Berkshire Belly (Bacon), Berkshire St Louis Style Pork Ribs, Berkshire Ham, Berkshire Sausage, Berkshire Cheeks and Berkshire Country Loin Chops.

The beef selection includes a House Cured Pastrami (3 day brine) for $23 per pound; Black Angus Beef Brisket for $23 per lb; and Vintage Beef Short Ribs for $28 per pound.

An extensive selection of whisky is on offer.
